  3. Your products are not animal-tested, so why do you show a mink throw?

    No worries animal lovers! We are happy to let you know that our throw is a faux fur image, taken from an animal advocacy site. Ahhh...we feel better too!

  4. I need my goodies in a hurry, what can you do?

    Please just call us at (215) 922-3340 before noon (EST) to verify we can ship USPS 2 Day or Overnight. Extra charges will apply.

  5. Do you accept international orders?

    Yes, we do! GoodtoBeYou.com will now accept international orders. We ask that you contact us first at customerservice@goodtobeyou.com to confirm that we ship to your location and to confirm shipping charges.

  6. I'd like to send a gift; is this possible?

    Yes - We will include a gift card with your personal message at no charge. Just choose that option when checking out.

  7. Do you offer GoodtoBeYou.com gift certificates?

  8. What if an item is damaged in transit?

    Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product. Please refer to the steps below to return damaged-in-transit items.

  9. What if I need to return or exchange an item?

    GoodtoBeYou.com is committed to offering high quality products at affordable prices, thereby ensuring our customers' satisfaction. If you must return or exchange an item, please carefully pack the unopened and unused item (must be received in a resalable condition) in the original shipping box, including a copy of your packing slip, and follow these easy steps:

    1. Contact us at customerservice@goodtobeyou.com within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to make a return or exchange (or call us at 215-922-3340). Please note: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

      We'll give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return address of: GoodtoBeYou.com

      Your RA# will be sent to you via e-mail with your confirmation approval for the return/exchange. Please make sure that this RA# appears on the outside of your package as well as inside the package with your product. We want to make certain your product is received and processed correctly.

    2. Please send your package Insured Mail via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so we highly recommend that you request tracking of your return. Customers are responsible for return freight fees. Sorry, but Goodtobeyou.com cannot credit any outgoing or incoming shipping fees. Note: GoodtoBeYou will credit for merchandise only. Very Important: Make sure the items are well protected and packed well; if possible, please use the same packaging the items were initially shipped in. We cannot process refunds or exchanges for goods received damaged due to improper packaging.

    3. Please note: Sorry, returns cannot be accepted on any opened or used items, custom orders, color cosmetics, clearance merchandise, intimate items (Breast & Nipple Products, Nundies and the like) and pierced earrings (for sanitary reasons).
